With High-Volume Injection Moulding — 60T to 400T Machines

Injection Moulding

Injection Moulding is a manufacturing process used to produce plastic parts by injecting molten plastic material into a mould cavity, where it cools and solidifies to take the shape of the desired part.

See Our Injection Moulding Capabilities

Our injection moulding machines operate within a range of 60 to 400 tons, accommodating shot weights from 0.25 grams up to 1.2 kilograms. This capacity enables precise, high-volume production of injection moulded products with consistent quality and efficiency.

Blow Moulding

Blow moulding is a manufacturing process used to produce hollow plastic parts by inflating a heated plastic tube, known as a parison or preform, inside a closed mould. Pressurized air is blown into the softened plastic, causing it to expand and conform to the shape of the mould cavity, forming a thin plastic wall with a hollow interior. After cooling and solidification, the mould opens and the finished hollow part—such as bottles, containers, or tanks—is ejected.

Discover Our Blow Moulding Expertise

Offering blow moulding from 50ml to 2L, including PET options, this service ensures quality and efficiency through an in house tool room and expert design, delivering cost- effective, custom packaging solutions.

In Mould Label Applications

IML’s involve placing a pre-printed label inside a mould cavity before the plastic part is formed by injection moulding, blow moulding, or thermoforming. During the moulding process, molten plastic fuses with the label, making the label an integral, inseparable part of the final product. This technique is commonly used for packaging, containers, automotive parts, and consumer goods.

Discover Our Award Winning IML Expertise

In-mould labelling (IML) embeds durable, wear-resistant labels into plastic products during moulding, providing long-lasting, attractive branding for packaging.

Pad and Screen Printing

Pad printing is an indirect offset printing process that transfers a 2D image from an etched plate onto a 3D object using a soft, flexible silicone pad.
Screen printing involves forcing ink through a mesh screen stencil onto a flat or slightly curved surface. Each colour requires a different screen, and the ink is pushed through the open areas of the stencil using a squeegee.
